As awareness grew, I spent my time explaining why it should be recycled, and today the conversation has shifted and I spend my time explaining how that program will work - people know this stuff is bad for the environment and if you give them a solution, most will buy in."

CONFERENCE TESTIMONIALS

"It is not often that I can attend a series of workshops where I can say that I walked away with useful information from each presentation. That happened for me at the 4th Annual Northern CARE conference. Thank you for treating my time with value to ensure that each presentation was filled with current, useful information."

"Having attended many Northern CARE Workshops, I fully believe that without these people, a lot of us would still be in the dark about recycling. Workshops are an excellent way to get people together to discuss problems that other areas have had and what they've done to overcome them or comprised, plans or programs that have been a success, avenues to follow to make things work, and the list goes on. Northern CARE does a super job of putting a wide variety of guest speakers together that makes for excellent workshops. Keep up the good work!"

"Very well organized workshop - Congratulations!"

"I feel the informal and relaxed sharing of information makes people grasp more. Keep up the good work."

"It was a very informative and fun conference, very friendly."

"Very good Workshop - Thanks to Northern CARE reps - good work, well done, Thanks!"
